How do I return an item? Home and Wall Decor will gladly accept returns when the item is received back in our warehouse within 90 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in the original condition, including manufacturer’s packaging with all manuals and registration cards. We cannot accept returns of: Dirty, washed, or used items; Special Order or personalized items; Assembled or otherwise modified items; Damaged or otherwise unsalable items. For any "Free Shipping" items that are returned or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the amount of shipping incurred by us in the delivery of the product to you. This charge would pertain to any order that is returned or exchanged after shipment. You will be refunded for all but what it cost us to ship it to you, and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping it back to us. Please make sure that you provide a valid shipping address for USPS shipments. Items returned by carriers as invalid / unknown / refused will be refunded less the restocking and shipping costs. Please use the return label on the back of your packing list and include a copy. We strongly suggest you use tracking or delivery confirmation to ensure arrival at our facility. Please include your name, email address and a contact phone number with your package.
